If you find yourself in financial difficulty, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to help you and offer you the opportunity to take out a loan with us. You can find all further information here.
For BAföG applications, please contact the BAföG office directly or visit their website: www.bafög.de.
If you encounter legal difficulties in relation to your studies or that affect your private life and thus harm your studies, we will try to help you. We will provide you with a voucher for a half-hour legal consultation. With this voucher, you can make an appointment with one of our competent partner solicitors and seek advice.
The AStA is the contractual partner of the transport companies (SWB and Nextbike). If you have any questions about the ticket, please contact us.
For certain reasons, you can apply for a refund of the semester fee or the semester ticket. You can find the latest information on this here.
